Data Deletion

You can ask IMITATE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email sales@imitatelabs.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Include the phone number or email address the data is linked to, and, if a business contacted you through Aurra, the business’s name.
• We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number or email, so no one can delete someone else’s data.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
• We delete your contact details, call recordings, transcripts and WhatsApp messages, and tell the business that contacted you, since they may hold their own copy.
• We keep only what the law requires us to (for example, tax invoices) and a record that you asked not to be contacted, so it is honoured.
