Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aurra and this website, provided by IMITATE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, 144, Senthamarai Kannan St, Kottivakkam, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600041, India(“Imitate Labs”, “we”). By creating an account or using Aurra you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. The service

Aurra lets businesses run AI voice calls (outbound and inbound) and an AI WhatsApp assistant for their own customers, with recordings, transcripts, outcomes and analytics. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Contact only people you have a lawful basis and any required consent to contact, and honour opt-outs.
  • Follow applicable telecom and messaging rules, including TRAI regulations, DND preferences and calling-hour limits, and WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies.
  • Tell the people you contact that calls may be recorded and handled by AI, where the law requires.
  • Do not use Aurra for spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or any unlawful or deceptive purpose.
  • Keep your login and any credentials you connect (such as WhatsApp keys) secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You are responsible for the scripts, knowledge and instructions you give the AI, and for reviewing what it says on your behalf.

3. Fees

Aurra is priced on usage. Credits are prepaid, expire as stated when purchased, and are non-refundable except where the law requires. Prices are shown inclusive of GST, and tax invoices are issued on payment.

4. Your data

You own the contact lists, scripts, recordings, transcripts and messages in your account. You give us permission to process them only to provide and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

5. AI output

Aurra uses AI to hold conversations and generate text. AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as connection, conversion or booking rates.

6. Our property

The Aurra software, brand and website are owned by Imitate Labs. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Aurra at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put our service, carriers or the people contacted at risk.

8. Liability

Aurra is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: sales@imitatelabs.ai.
